MARTINSVILLE, Ind. (Feb. 25, 2016)-- An Avon man is facing voyeurism charges after allegedly recording women in the restroom of his home. The investigation led police to his place of business.

Police went to Justin Behnke's home in the 1300 block of Chestnut River on Feb. 22 on a report of voyeurism. Video files taken inside Behnke's restroom showing women in various states of undress were allegedly found on his personal computer. Several electronic devices were seized.

During the investigation, they discovered that voyeurism by an electronic device may have happened in the women's restroom at the Martinsville Chili's in March to August of last year. Behnke was a manager at the restaurant, police said.

“Our officers immediately secured the women’s restroom at the Chili’s here in Martinsville and determined there is no current threat to the general public," Martinsville Police Chief Rick Lang said.

On Thursday, Behnke was charged with two counts of voyeurism by means of a camera.
