Mid-Afternoon Winter Storm Update

We have three weather alerts in effect across central Indiana. Depending on where you are that will will dictate how much snow you’ll see through Thursday.


Benton, Warren and White counties are under a Blizzard Warning. This is the most likely area for blizzard-like conditions.


We have a Winter Storm Warning in effect from Montezuma to Wabash.  The heaviest snow is expected in this area.


We have a Winter Weather Advisory in effect from Sullivan, to Indianapolis, to Portland. 1-3″ of snow is expected in this area.


Rain has changed to snow north of I-70.

Snow Reports 5 Line

As of 2pm, up to six inches of snow has fallen.

There will be a  wide range of snow totals across the state. The heaviest snow will accumulate north of I-70.
