Lawrence police looking for suspect after armed robbery at Dollar General

LAWRENCE, Ind. (Jan. 19, 2016) – Police in Lawrence are trying to find a man following an armed robbery last week at a Dollar General store.

Police said the man walked into the location at 8050 Pendleton Pike before 9 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 14, lifted his jacket to show he had a gun and quietly told the clerk to open the cash register. The man left the store after getting the money.

Surveillance cameras captured images of the man, who was described as between 5’6” and 5’9” with a short fade haircut. He wore a fur-lined hood, jeans and black and white shoes.
