Frigid temperatures today followed by snow Wednesday

Wind Chill Advisories are posted for most of central Indiana through noon today as wind chills will range between -10 and -20 degrees.  Air temperatures are near 0, and frostbite can set in with temperatures like this in less than 30 minutes.

We'll keep sub-zero wind chills right through the afternoon hours.  Looking ahead to Wednesday we're watching another accumulating snowfall.  Snow will begin around 3 a.m. Wednesday and continue through the mid-afternoon. This is going to be a widespread accumulating snowfall for central Indiana, ranging between 1-3".

Temperatures will be closer to average later this week and into this weekend.
