A wet Monday followed by colder temperatures by mid-week

Rain will be ongoing for most of the afternoon and will be heavy at times. An additional 1-1.5″ is expected today.  As a result a Flash Flood Watch is in effect until 7pm tonight for all of Central Indiana.  Be careful of flooding in low lying areas or near creeks and streams.

We’ll dry out overnight and colder temperatures will arrive by the middle of the week.  We have a 20% chance for a rain or snow shower on Wednesday and another small chance for flurries on Thursday. No accumulation is expected. By Midnight on New Year’s Eve we’ll be dry, but it will be cold with a temperature in the upper 20s. New Year’s Day will feature a cloud/sun mix and a high near 30.


Our weather will be quiet and cold heading into the weekend.
