The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for parts of central Indiana. The watch will be in effect from 4pm Saturday through 7pm Monday.
A front is expected to stall over central Indiana this weekend. This will allow showers and thunderstorms to develop.
Rain totals through Monday evening could range from 3″ to 5″ in the watch area. A four computer model average suggests 2.62″ of precipitation for Indianapolis through 7am Monday.
While the weather is nice today, it would be a good idea to check the gutters of your house for leaves and debris.
