Prosecutors officially charge third man in burglaries that occurred before murder of Amanda Blackburn
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Dec. 14, 2015)— A third man has officially been charged in connection with robberies that occurred prior to the murder of Amanda Blackburn.
Police say 24-year-old Diano Gordon is accused of committing two burglaries with Larry Jo Taylor Jr. and Jalen Watson on the morning of November 10, the day Blackburn was fatally shot.
Gordon is charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of thefts.
Taylor Jr. and Watson have been charged in connection with Blackburn’s death. Taylor was charged with felony murder, three counts of burglary, three counts of theft, robbery resulting in serious bodily injury, criminal confinement, auto theft and carrying a handgun without a license. Watson was charged with murder, three counts of burglary, three counts of theft, robbery resulting in serious bodily injury and auto theft.
Gordon has been in custody since November 19 on a parole violation.
