Temperatures ran a little cooler this morning, starting us off in the upper 30s and lower 40s.

Today will be dry with partly sunny skies and breezy winds. Southerly winds will pick up to 15 - 25 mph with gusts over 30 mph in the afternoon. When you step outside it won't feel much like December with temperatures climbing to near 60 degrees!

Highs Today

Our stretch of warm weather will continue through the weekend with highs in the mid 60s! We will likely break some temperature records on Saturday and Sunday. Some spotty showers are possible on Friday and Saturday. They won't be all day rain events, but a few light rain showers can't be ruled out. Sunday night a stronger storm system moves through the area bringing heavy rain and some thunderstorms. The rain will continue into Monday morning before cooler and drier air settles in Monday afternoon pushing the rain east. Tuesday and Wednesday will be cooler but temperatures will still be above normal for this time of year.
