State Fire Marshal involved in Lawrence crash

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Dec. 8, 2015)– Police responded to a three-vehicle crash Tuesday night in Lawrence.

The crash occurred in the 9600 block of Pendleton Pike and involved Indiana State Fire Marshal Jim Greeson.

Greeson, 67, was driving a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria in the 9600 block of Pendleton Pike.  Investigators say a 2009 Nissan driven by Joseph High, 34, turned into his path and struck the front of Greeson’s vehicle. High was ejected from the Nissan.

A 2007 Toyota Camry driven by Nicholas Cannon 34, also struck Greeson’s vehicle.

State police say the Nissan landed on top of Greeson’s car.

Greeson was transported to Methodist Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. High and Cannon were transported to Methodist and Eskenazi Hospital with reported non-life threatening injuries.

At this time no arrest have been made. Police say the investigation is ongoing.
