A rain/snow mix will change to snow on Wednesday

A rain/snow mix will develop across central Indiana on Wednesday after the morning rush hour. Most of the moisture will be concentrated north of I-70. As temperatures fall during the day the mix will change to light snow. The flurries and light snow showers will continue into the evening with no accumulation expected.

Low Temperature

Low temperatures will be about ten degrees colder tonight.


A large area of low pressure across the Upper Midwest will bring a rain/snow mix to the northern half of Indiana on Wednesday.


A rain/snow mix will begin tomorrow morning.


The rain snow mix spreads into east central Indiana early in the afternoon.


As temps fall the mix changes to snow showers later in the day.


The snow showers will continue into the evening.


The snow will moves south of I=70 before ending.


Little or no accumulation is expected from this system.
