NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (Nov. 18, 2015) – The new Chick-fil-A location in Noblesville doesn’t open until Thursday, but people are already camping out in hopes of scoring free Chick-fil-A for a year.
The restaurant, set to open Thursday at 14098 Bergen Blvd. across from Hamilton Town Center, will mark the second standalone Chick-fil-A in Noblesville. Officials said the store will bring 95 new jobs to the area.
The first 100 eligible adults in line when the doors open at 6 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 19, will receive a one-year supply of Chick-fil-A meals (52 meals consisting of a Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, medium waffle fries and a medium drink). If more than 100 people are in line when the restaurant opens, then all 100 spots will be determined by a drawing. The event is open to guests residing in specific zip codes surrounding the location, according to the contest rules.
The opening isn’t all about scoring free food, however. The restaurant is teaming up with the Shepherd Community Center for a book drive. That event is Wednesday, Nov. 18, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Books collected during the drive will go in a three-foot Book House that will serve as a free library exchange.
The new Chick-fil-A location can seat 32 people outdoors and 112 inside. It will include dual drive-thru ordering lanes in which drivers place their orders and then merge into a single lane to pay and pick up their food. Like all Chick-fil-A locations, the restaurant will close on Sundays.
