Police: Man used stolen credit cards at Indianapolis stores

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Oct. 20, 2015) – Indianapolis Metropolitan police need help identifying a man wanted in a theft and fraud case.

According to IMPD, the man broke into a vehicle parked at the YMCA located at 8400 Westfield Boulevard around 4 p.m. on Sept. 2, 2015. He then used stolen credit cards at CVS and Got Sole on North College Avenue as well as a nearby BP gas station.

Police said the man may be driving a 1997-1999 Mercury Sable with a doughnut tire on the front passenger side.

Anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers by calling 317-262-8477(TIPS) or 800-222-8477(TIPS) or going online to CrimeTips.org. Tips are anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
