INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (October 14, 2015)-The Indiana Fever are one game away from being crowned the 2015 WNBA champions.

The best of five game series between the Fever and the Minnesota Lynx is tied at two games each.

Wednesday night’s decisive game five tips off at 8 in Minneapolis.

A viewing party for fans not making a trip to the Twin Cities has been organized at Ale Emporium (8617 Allisonville Road).

Fans are encouraged to show up for that event around 7:30 p.m.

The Fever franchise says fan support has really helped the team thrive this season.

“It’s amazing to see the city come behind us and pack the house the past two games. Friday night we had almost 17,000 people in the house, and Sunday just a little less,” said Julie Graue, the VP of business operations for the Indiana Fever.

A “welcome home” rally at the Indianapolis International Airport has also been planned for the team on Thursday morning, regardless if they win or lose Wednesday night.

The team is expected to return around noon.

Fans are asked to show up with signs at the airport’s civic plaza around 11:45 a.m.
