INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (October 4, 2015) -- Indianapolis Metropolitan police arrested a woman after a hit-and-run crash left a teenager seriously injured Sunday night.
IMPD said early Monday morning that detectives arrested Jessica McClellan, 30, in connection with the crash. Preliminary charges against her include driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident.

Witnesses told police the driver veered over toward the teens and struck one of them. Detectives located the vehicle they believe was involved in the hit-and-run crash at the Walgreens in the 3400 block of Mann Rd. Officers located two persons of interest in the case.
Police say the teen was taken by ambulance to Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health in critical condition.
