IndyCar community holds celebration of life for Justin Wilson

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Sept. 29, 2015) – The IndyCar community comes together Tuesday to remember Justin Wilson.

During a race at Pocono Raceway on August 23, debris hit the Verizon IndyCar driver in the head. Wilson, 37, passed away from his injuries a day later.

On Tuesday afternoon, The Indianapolis Motor Speedway will host a celebration of Justin Wilson’s life for his family and the IndyCar community. The event is not open to the general public, but CBS4 will stream the ceremony and have live reports on all newscasts.
