INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (September 12, 2015)–An Indianapolis man driving an all terrain vehicle without a license plate and no tail lamps caught officers attention as it drove in the 2200 block of West Ray Street early Saturday.

Police say the driver, 22-year-old Zachary Hartley, refused to stop and was finally arrested after leading police on a short pursuit.

Hartley was charged with resisting law enforcement and was additionally charged with three counts of Child neglect.

Details of the child neglect charges were not released, but a police report listed the victims as being three young girls ages 1, 2 and 4 years of age.

Hartley was arrested outright and taken to the Arrestee Processing Center.
