Former Pulaski County chief deputy coroner charged with theft, official misconduct

WINAMAC, Ind. (Aug. 20, 2015)– The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office arrested the county’s chief deputy coroner Thursday.

Tracy L. Rossman, 41, of Winamac, was arrested on preliminary felony charges of theft and official misconduct. She was taken into custody at 2 p.m.

Rossman was terminated as a result of the investigation and arrest. Details of the investigation have not been released.

Coroner Steve Vanderaa has appointed Carrie Harvey as his new chief deputy coroner.
