INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (July 4, 2015)--Indianapolis Metro Police made a quick arrest after shots were fired near a crowd of people gathered for the downtown fireworks show.

Police say shortly before 9:30 p.m. a witness saw a person firing a weapon in Military Park.
