Martinsville police search for armed man who robbed McDonald’s

MARTINSVILLE, Ind. (June 23, 2015) – Police in Martinsville are looking for a man who robbed a McDonald’s location overnight.

The theft happened just after midnight on Tuesday, police said. The man may be responsible for a pair of similar robberies in Bloomington and Ellettsville that took place within the last two weeks.

The man, armed with a handgun, used a bandana to cover his face. He wore a red hoodie, blue jeans and white shoes with black shoelaces. Police said he carried a black backpack and a handgun.

Police are appealing to the public for help in finding the suspect. Anyone with information should call the Martinsville Police Department at (765) 342-6614.
