INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (June 12, 2015)– Former Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officer David Bisard will stay in jail after the Indiana Supreme Court denied a review of his conviction.

Bisard is serving 13 years for drunk driving, reckless homicide, and criminal recklessness after he caused a deadly motorcycle crash while on-duty in 2010.

One motorcyclist died, and two others were seriously injured.

Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry says this move from the Supreme Court has now exhausted all of Bisard’s appeals.
