IFD crews respond to early morning residence fire

INDIANAPOLIS (June 8, 2015) – Fire crews are responding to a working residence fire on the city’s near northeast side.

Crews responded to a call about a fire just after 4 a.m. in the 2200 block of Dr. Andrew J Brown Ave.

When they arrived on scene, crews found heavy flames showing from the residence.

At this point, it is unclear what started the fire. No injuries have been reported.
