Rush County man trapped under tractor in farming accident, airlifted to Indianapolis hospital

RUSH COUNTY, Ind. (May 10, 2015) – Rush County emergency crews responded to a report of a farmer trapped under his tractor Sunday afternoon.

The accident happened near Rush County Line Road East and County Line Road South.

Rush County Dispatch reports the farmer has been rescued from under the tractor and is being flown to Indianapolis by medical helicopter.

There is no word at this point in time on his condition. We will update this story as more information becomes available.
