Three injured in Indianapolis west side house fire
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (May 3, 2015) — Three people were injured in an early morning fire in Wayne Township Sunday morning. At least one person was transported to Eskenazi hospital for treatment.
Lieutenant Troy Wymer with the Wayne Township Fire Department says the victims’ injuries range from slight to serious.
Fire crews were called to the scene on the 3600 block of Creston Drive just before 8:30 AM and found heavy smoke showing from the home.
Both Indianapolis and Speedway fire departments assisted with the fire. Its cause is still under investigation.
