Man impersonates agent from Immigration and Naturalization service
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (April 18, 2015) — Indianapolis Metro Police are looking for the man who posed as an agent with the Immigration and Naturalization service.
Police say the suspect walked into the Asia Market on East 86th Street near Castleton around 2 p.m. on Friday.
The woman there says the suspect quickly flashed a badge and demanded proof that everyone working there is legally in the United States.
He also said they would have to pay him money for protection.
The woman was suspicious and asked the suspect for more identification.
The man then left the store.
All the woman could tell police was that the man was Hispanic with little or no hair.
