Newborn girl found in Eagle Creek Park in December to be laid to rest Saturday

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Jan. 15, 2015)– The body of a newborn baby girl found outside Eagle Creek Park on December 28 will be laid to rest Saturday.

The baby was found in a blue sweatshirt and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Public funeral services for the baby, now known as Amelia Grace Hope. will be held at Washington Park East at 11 a.m.

The ministry, “He Knows Your Name,” will be funding the burial while the baby will be buried in a gown provided by Little Angel Gowns.
