Indiana man arrested on OWI charges for 3rd time this year
MADISON COUNTY, Ind. (Dec. 12, 2014)—An Indiana man was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated, and police said it’s his third time this year.
Clyde Strong, 76, was also charged with an OWI felony due to the two previous drunk-driving arrests. Indiana State Police officials said Strong was also cited for driving while suspended.
Strong was pulled over in the 6300 block of South Scatterfield Road in Anderson, Ind. Thursday evening. Police said Strong failed the field sobriety tests and tested over the .08 legal limit.
He was taken to the Madison County Jail.
