Audio recording of man’s voice released in murder of Delphi teens; $50,000 reward offered

Indianapolis, IN – A disturbance at The Washington Square mall ended with multiple arrests and a metro police officer hurt.

Officers responded tonight after a group of teens started fighting with a phone kiosk clerk.  Police say they refused to leave and became belligerent. Three people were arrested, and an officer suffered minor injuries. Cumberland Police arrested two of the juveniles, while IMPD arrested one.

The incident occurred just shortly before the mall was supposed to close at 9 P.M.
