    INDIANAPOLIS–Metro Police are investigating a deadly hit-and-run accident on the city’s southwest side Sunday evening.     BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind–Sheriff deputies arrested a woman passenger who fled in a car police stopped for speeding early Sunday morning. Shortly before 3 a.m. Bartholomew County Sgt. Gary Knoef spotted a speeding vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on US 31 near Interstate 65.     UPDATE:  Fire investigators have ruled Sunday’s fire in the 5200 block of Ida Street as Arson. A Wayne Township Fire spokesperson says the occupant of the home set the house on fire and was injured. The man was described as the renter and not the owner of the home.     BLOOMINGTON, Ind.–Bloomington Police arrested an IU student Friday after he allegedly brought a friend to his apartment and raped her. 21-year-old James McGovern is charged with rape and criminal confinement.     INDIANAPOLIS—Metro Police say the woman responsible for a deadly hit-and-run crash in Lawrence is now also accused of running over her boyfriend just days earlier.     INDIANAPOLIS — One person was killed in a crash on the city’s east side Saturday evening. The single-vehicle crash occurred at 5:10 p.m. in the 800 block of North Shortridge Road.
