    Spring began Monday with scattered strong thunderstorms. More than a dozen central Indiana counties were under severe thunderstorms warning Monday afternoon.     The Winter Weather Advisory for north central Indiana has been cancelled. Snow showers will continue but no further accumulation is expected.
