    BOONE COUNTY, Ind. — A Norwood, Massachusetts woman died late Wednesday when the car she was driving crashed with a semi tractor truck at a Boone County intersection.     PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. — A single westbound lane has been re-opened on I-70 in Putnam County, where authorities are dealing with a vehicle fire.   • Nearly 200 people arrested, cited by police during Indy 500 weekend

    SPEEDWAY – Excise officers with Indiana State Police arrested or cited nearly 200 people over the weekend in Speedway. Among those arrested or cited were 139 minors, 40 adults, and 15 juveniles on 245 charges. Excise officers issued 149 summonses for illegal possession or consumption of an alcoholic beverage.
