Sammy Terry to host tribute shows for the late Cowboy Bob
SPENCER, Ind. – The late Cowboy Bob will get a special tribute show this weekend thanks to WTTV legend Sammy Terry.
The spooktacular host will rise from his crypt on Saturday, Nov. 19, to pay homage to Bob Glaze, who died in September. He hosted “Chuck Wagon Theatre” and “Cowboy Bob’s Corral” from 1970 to 1989 on WTTV 4, making him an after-school companion for a generation of Hoosiers.

The tribute show at Spencer’s Canyon Inn will include Cowboy Bob’s wife, Captain Gail Glaze, and attendees will have the chance to see rare memorabilia from the show. They can also write down their memories of Cowboy Bob on tribute posters that will be given to Gail.
The Sammy Terry stage shows are scheduled for 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday with Chuckwagon Dinner seatings available at the Canyon Inn at 5 p.m. and 6:15 p.m.
The shows will include vintage stories about Cowboy Bob, a trivia game show and an opportunity for fans to meet George the Spider. Those in attendance can also win prizes and get photos and autographs.
