Check out this Halloween costume from Halley O’Malley, who dressed up at the famous dancing lady on Massachusetts Avenue!
The video has been viewed more than 50,000 times since she first posted it. The costume took 17 strands of battery operated lights, 51 batteries and lots of Velcro, O’Malley said.

The costume is based on the art piece “Ann Dancing,” which is located outside the Old Point Tavern on Mass Ave. The four-sided piece uses LEDs to show a woman dancing.
Artist Julian Opie designed the piece, which he left on permanent display after the Indianapolis Museum of Art hosted some of Opie’s work as part of a rotating exhibit.
