We stay dry today but rain chances go up Wednesday

After a frosty start, temperatures will remain slightly below average through this afternoon. Clouds will increase steadily today, but we’ll stay dry.


Game 1 of the World Series is tonight at Progressive Field in Cleveland. Folks heading out to the game will stay dry, but temperatures will only be in the 40s this evening.


Rain chances go up for Central Indiana on Wednesday. The AM hours will remain dry, but showers will move into our western counties by 2pm and into Indy by the evening commute. A few thunderstorms will also be possible, but no severe weather is expected.


Most will see less than 0.25″ of precipitation and rain will end by 9am Thursday.


We’re looking ahead to a nice warm up for the weekend, and an improving forecast. We’ll now be dry on Saturday and Sunday, but it will be breezy on Saturday. Halloween will also be dry with temperatures in the 60s.
