Police in Grant County locate person of interest after early morning argument leads to stabbing
SWAYZEE, Ind. – Police in Grant County apprehended a man in connection with an early Tuesday morning stabbing.
According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, a 47-year-old man was stabbed multiple times during an argument around 1:30 a.m. He was in surgery at a Fort Wayne hospital after being airlifted from Marion General Hospital.

The Swayzee Police Department was looking for Daniel Ray Clem in the case, who was thought to be driving a 2003 GMC Sierra.
The Grant County Sheriff’s Office said Clem has been located and was being questioned. The stabbing victim remained in stable condition, police said.
