Frankfort man charged in child molesting case says actions were “a bad habit”

FRANKFORT, Ind.— An Indiana man was arrested after a young boy told authorities he had been molested.

Danny Joe Foreman, Jr., 41, was arrested on four counts of child molesting and one count of displaying pornography.

The investigation into Foreman began on Oct. 12, when an officer with the Franklin Police Department interviewed a 9-year-old boy at Quinton’s House, a child advocacy center. According to court documents, the boy disclosed Foreman had molested him between the ages of 7 and 9. The boy also told authorities he was forced to watch pornographic videos.

Detectives executed a search warrant on Foreman’s residence, but the suspect was not home. After making contact with Foreman, he was brought in for questioning. According to the probable cause, Foreman admitted to detectives he touched the young boy on several occasions. When asked why these actions occurred, Foreman replied, “It’s a bad habit,” stated court documents.

During a search of Foreman’s house, six pornographic videos were located.

Foreman was previously convicted for child molesting in 1995.
