Police release sketch of suspect in September hit-and-run crash in southeast Indiana

DEARBORN COUNTY, Ind. – Indiana State Police released a composite sketch of a man wanted in connection with a hit-and-run crash that injured a pedestrian.

According to state police, the crash happened around 10 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2016, at Big Water Court and Gabbard Drive near Bright, Ind. A man was walking in the area when a car hit him; the man ended up in the hospital but has since been released.

The victim provided detectives with a description of the driver, who he described as a middle-aged white male. A sketch artist used the victim’s description to draw a rendering of the driver.
