Morning fog and afternoon t-storms

We have mild temperatures and ample low level moisture in the air tonight. Those two factors combined with diminishing winds will lead to fog developing across central Indiana.  The fog will be dense, especially  in fog prone areas through the morning rush hour. Areas that see fog tomorrow morning will see thunderstorms tomorrow afternoon. Winds will gust up to 40 mph around some of the stronger storms with the heaviest rain falling overnight. The rain will continue through the day on Thursday as a cold front moves across the state.
