Scattered showers and thunderstorms will bring up to a half-inch of rain Wednesday evening. Winds may gust 30 to 40 miles per hour as the storms move through. The rain has developed ahead of a cold front that will move across the state overnight. Back behind the front cooler temperatures will be with us for the end of the work week. We will have a chilly night with temps in the 50s for the final regular season games on Football Friday Night. Temperatures will moderate over the weekend and near record heat will come to central Indiana early next week.
