Alleged drug dealer arrested after police find crack cocaine in near north side residence
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – A man was arrested Friday after police say they found crack cocaine and two handguns in a near north side home.
Narcotics detectives served a search warrant at the residence in the 100 block of West 23rd Street around 9 p.m. There, they found Dominique King, 23, armed with a .40 caliber handgun. He was immediately detained without incident.
Detectives entered the home with IMPD SWAT and recovered 11 grams of crack cocaine, an undisclosed amount of marijuana and a .22 caliber handgun.
King was arrested and preliminarily charged with dealing cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of a firearm by a felon, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana.
