Juvenile in serious condition after being hit by car on northwest side
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.– Police say a juvenile is in serious condition after being struck by a car on the northwest side of Indianapolis.
Police responded to the 3800 block of Moller Road around 3 p.m. Thursday on a report of a pedestrian struck and an accident with injury.
The juvenile was hit while crossing the road. Police say the driver continued northbound on Moller Road after the incident. Police located a suspect vehicle and are questioning the driver.
The juvenile was taken to Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health in serious but stable condition.
Police say one person of interest is being questioned. This story is developing.
