2 more days of cool temperatures and rain before warmer weather returns
More spotty showers with the occasional heavy downpour will be possible again today. This cut off low will continue to spin over the state for 48 more hours, which will keep more unsettled weather in place through Saturday night.
We’ve been on a wet pattern each Friday night for the past month and this week is no different. Spotty showers will be possible at the Gridiron Classic at Victory Field and other High School games this evening.
The extensive cloud cover and spotty showers will keep temperatures in the 60s through the first half of the weekend. Once this low departs on Sunday we’ll begin to warm up as well.
Neither today or tomorrow will be a washout, but the chance for spotty T-showers exist. No severe storms are anticipated, but we will pick an additional 0.5″ to 0.75″ through tomorrow night.
Michigan State is at Indiana Saturday night. Kick off is 8pm. A spot shower will be possible in Bloomington with chilly temperatures for the game.
Temperatures will start going up for the second half of the weekend and next week with sunshine returning to Central Indiana.
