INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.-- For the second straight season, one of Indiana's very own will trade the comforts of modern life for the beaches of "Survivor."

A longtime fan, Jessica Figueroa, or "Figgy," says it was everything she hoped it would be.

The theme this year is millennials vs. Generation X and Figgy is proud to be on team millennial.

"We're millennials-- we're just so full of life and energy and we're like, 'OK we can make anything happen,'" she said.

But so can mother nature, and the castaways on season 33 found that out in a hurry.

"The weather was insane. The first time in 33 seasons we had to be evacuated and honestly we all wanted to stay out there," she recalled. "I can`t wait to watch and relive that because I think we all honestly thought we were going to die."

Figgy, who bristles at the notion  of millennials getting participation trophies, is ready for another crack at the $1 million prize.

"The whole experience was life changing," she said. "I'm obsessed with it I want to go back and play again that's how amazing it is."

Catch former contestant Scott Pollard on CBS4 Thursday mornings for a recap of the previous night's episode.
