INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Due to the aftermath of Friday’s storms, drivers on Binford Boulevard will notice lights out from Delmar Road to 65th Street.

A power outage in this area is affecting DPW crews’ ability to work on traffic lights on Binford Boulevard in both southbound and northbound lanes.

Residents traveling in this area should avoid Binford Boulevard if possible until IPL restores power in this area. There is no timeline for power restoration at this time.

IMPD urges motorists to seek alternate ways home to avoid traffic backups, and treat intersections without signals as four way stops.
