INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Pacers will play six preseason games this October, including two in-state contests.

The Blue and Gold open the preseason Tuesday, October 4 at the Pelicans then return home to Indianapolis, hosting the Bulls Thursday, October 6 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Two days later, the Pacers play the Bulls in Chicago, followed by a match up with the Bucks on Wednesday, October 12 at the Ford Center in Evansville. Two road games finish out the exhibitions: Friday, October 14 at the Magic and Wednesday, October 19 at the Bucks.

“I think it’s great any time we can take our team to different parts of the state and let our fans in these areas see us in person,” said Pacers President of Basketball Operations Larry Bird. “We take pride in being the ‘Indiana’ Pacers and look forward to going to Evansville. We think the fans there will like our team and our opponent, Milwaukee, is one of the young, talented teams that could be a playoff team this season.”

Tickets for Pacers preseason home games will go on sale at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 8 at Pacers.com/Tickets, by phone at (800) 4-NBA-TIX, or at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse box office.
