Columbus police search for CVS pharmacy robbers

COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus police detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred Thursday morning at CVS.

At approximately 3:40 a.m., officers were dispatched to the CVS Pharmacy, located at 2423 North National Road, in regards to a robbery that had just occurred.

According to employees, two men entered the store and passed a note to an employee with their demands.  They left the store a short time later with an undisclosed amount of medication.

The first suspect was described as a black male wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. The second suspect was described as a black male wearing blue jean shorts, a black hooded sweatshirt with the word “DIEM” written on the front, and sunglasses.
