Keep a light jacket and umbrella handy today. Highs will only top out in the upper 60s with extensive cloud cover today, but temperatures will build rapidly over the next four days. Eighty degree highs are expected by Monday!
Scattered showers will move into central Indiana from the southwest today. Rain chances will increase this afternoon and evening, but all of the activity will be very spotty. There will be a lot more dry time than wet. We can expect a couple showers in Indy by the evening commute, but not much wet weather prior to that.
Showers will come to an end by 8 a.m. Saturday, however a few more isolated showers may pop up by 3 p.m. across eastern Indiana, but we will stay dry in Indy and western Indiana Saturday afternoon.
Sunday will be the sunnier and warmer day of the weekend. Stormy weather returns next Wednesday and Thursday.
