Today is a day that you'll want to stay "Weather Aware". The SLIGHT risk has been moved further north and now includes the I-70 corridor and Indianapolis. Severe storms will be possible by the mid-afternoon and extend through the evening commute.
Large hail and damaging winds are our primary threats and an isolated tornado is possible across southern Indiana.
The timing of strong-severe storms is the mid-late afternoon hours. Here is what Futureview is showing for 5 p.m.
Highs will get into the 70s today and 80s tomorrow. We'll stay mild through the end of the week, with cooler air moving in for the weekend.
