NORTH VERNON, Ind. (April 14, 2016) — The lawyers for a central Indiana dentist have filed a complaint asking for a court order to let him respond to allegations being made by a patient.

Donny Grimsby says Doctor Aaron Strickland pulled all of his teeth, when he should have had only four pulled last month. Grimsby and his wife are seeking a lawsuit against the dentist.

Strickland’s attorneys say his business is taking a hit.

According to court documents, three patients have requested their records be sent to other dentists and several patients have canceled their appointments. One of the dentist’s employees has also quit due to the media coverage.
