Rain will be heavy at times today with a few strong thunderstorms in the mix as well. Strong thunderstorms this afternoon may produce wind gusts in excess of 40 mph, however storm should stay below severe limits today. Temperatures will slowly fall through the upper 50s for the rest of the afternoon.
Rain totals today will range between 0.5" and 1". Areas that see some of the stronger thunderstorms will see rain totals on the higher end of that range today.
A few flurries will be possible overnight and turning briefly colder Friday. We're back in the 60s this weekend. We'll be dry for sunrise services on Easter Sunday with an AM low of 44. Sunday afternoon will feature a lot more dry time than wet with highs in the mid-60s and just a 30% chance for a shower.
