INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (February 22, 2016) – A person was shot on the city’s northwest side, and police say the shooting was most likely not random.
The shooting occurred around 8:20 a.m. on Holly Springs Drive West in the Oaks of Eagle Creek Apartments off of West 56th Street.
The shooting victim was awake and breathing; the victim was transported to Methodist Hospital.
According to police, the victim is not cooperating with the investigation. Police believe there is no threat to the public.
